"... in the past I have noticed clinicaltrials.gov was significantly out-of-date with what a company has publicly reported ...."  It still is.  Looking at active sites for an ongoing trial, I have found it to be as much as six weeks out-of-date, maybe more.

This is not a comment on the subject under discussion; it is just an observation on the unreliability of the web site as to recent information.
