"Target" means nothing. A move from 1280 to 1230 can have a "target" of 1180; conversely, a move from 1200 to 1400 can have a target of 1500. Furthermore, a move from 1400 to 1108 could be the result of targetting 1222. The very fact that Zeev is advertising, and the masses are following, makes it quite certain that the "target" is off-target. All trends eventually end; however, hold positions against trend only at your own risk.
