Great conference here I learned quite a bit more. Most significantly the value of the Real Estate they own. I know they are heavy into owning real estate but i didn't consider the fact that on the balance sheet they have all been depreciated for years therefore showing a much lower worth on the books that they really are. They actually have all appreciated greatly. They have many prime property locations
What a steal this stock is!!!!!!!!
