hey all..

Just want to be forthcoming.

Sold off my 101k shares today at 12ish. Not manipulation/shorting there. Wanted to get it into EIGH before the ex-div date, get more divi, reinvest back into CDIV.

Been a holder since early march without a single sold, but as I'm stuck in a damn IRA I can't do the daytrading to keep adding to my position :| Don't worry though, I'll be back in approx. 19 days!
