Thanks for posting that other info, but from what I could gather, are we not talking a little more than just gathering other signatures? It sounds to me that this merger would or does net the approval of the Chinese Gov does it not. If that is the case, then I would think that 45 days would be very optimistic at best. Just thinking out loud
