The charts definitely show accumulation over the past few months. We can see the manipulation, as the s/p is level to lower and there are orders on both sides by MM's. The lack of new eyeballs due to 1) no real news and 2) others awaiting the updated report and CTO withdrawal, are what allow the MM's to keep the s/p down. When the updated report is released (and I believe the CTO will be lifted at the same time because I believe that BC authorities are reviewing it now) the MM's will not be able to manipulate the s/p, since demand will surge.
