2:25 PM Coca-Cola (KO +0.3%) wins approval from U.S. and Canadian regulators to buy the North American operations of Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE +1.6%), its largest bottler, on the condition that it safeguards Dr. Pepper Snapple's (DPS +0.3%) confidential business information. CCE shareholders are expected to approve the deal in an Oct. 1 vote.
