So I was just on Teva's contact us page. I was all set to send in this:

"Dear Sirs,

I have a couple of questions related to your ANDA for generic enoxaparin.

1) Has the FDA inspected the facilities and production lines you will use for the manufacture of your enoxaparin? If so, did those facilities pass said inspections?

2) Has the FDA inspected the facilities used to manufacture your source material (i.e. those of your suppliers of porcine intestinal mucosa and heparin)? If so, did those facilities pass said inspection?

I appreciate your prompt response.

But in spite of filling out all the required fields, I couldn't get the message to send. There is an anti-spam code on the bottom of the page. I duly submitted this; no luck. Changed zeros to "O"s. No luck. Tried upper and lower case, no luck. Finally, reloaded the page to get a different code and started over. Did all of the above again. No luck. Anyone else want to give this a whack? I surfed by Teva USA, but they don't seem to have a page for such things.

Feel free to modify the text if you think I've left them any wiggle room.
