I spoke with Chad. Nothing has been heard yet either yes or no on the grant to do the state trooper deal.

So, while HLNT does have an agreement to do this work IF the funding comes through, this isn't really anything more than we knew as of the recent press release announcing the grant application. I read more into Logical's post than he perhaps intended.

Folks, we have a rock-solid CEO here. He replied to me so fast I was really impressed. The last thing he wants is to have rumors getting ahead of reality -- when the reality itself is so good.
