Grahamber, I agree that there is little dilution involved here. Katx bought BVIG. BVIG bought Handcamp. BVIG (a shell company) issued some shares to use as payment for Handcamp. Each company got something of value from the other for the transaction.

Once the market actually determines the true value of the BVIG shares, we will know how to combine the value of the KATX shares with the value of the BVIG shares and the speculation will be resolved about the combined value of both.

The KATX shareholders of record on July 16, 2010 will be able to add the value of their KATX shares to the value of the BVIG shares and clarity will be achieved.

Then when we get info on the future transaction involving Twilite property, we will know immediately how to value that future transaction.

I only see good things in store for KATX and BVIG. Assuming that the properties actually prove up the mineralization in the ground that we expect. Of course that proof could be better than we think or conversely, worse. But based on the experience of KATX / BVIG management, I will be betting on the former rather than the latter.

I am hoping for a good week in several stocks this coming week. I think we are due for some positive info.

PARDON ME SIR, BUT I THINK YOUR GOLD HAS ARRIVED!
