Regarding potential price drop - nobody doubts KATX pps is going to reach stellar levels in the future.

Some of us are just saying that the pps will probably drop a few more pennies, which will definitely be a great time to buy in for the first time, or average in to your existing retirement basket.

JMO based on the phase 1 drilling of HC and the way it played out from start to finish over a 6 month period.
