Apologies if you have answered this before. i did a search but could not find anything.

You talk of New Highs as an indicator of market strength for this advance. Do you mean by this new 52 week highs ?.

If so is it not true that since most of the stuff I know you follow was close to 52 wk lows, we'd have a ways to go before we would get a lot of new highs.

Unless of course there are other erumpent sectors that have been doing better, and are now starting to break out.

Another way of putting the question. Do you have number ranges that you use for NH (Eg: NH above 300) and if so do you adjust that number down o account for the long bear decline.
