No one can define it with precision, but a range of around $20 million or so can be obtained if you do the arithmetic based on the inputs I mentioned. I doubt I can easily find the posts where this is detailed, and I don't have the time right now. Try looking at Zipjet's posts in the first two weeks post approval. Should be in there somewhere.
