I'd be lying if I said I didn't like the opportunity now for buying shares here under $0.03 at the ask.

Your sub .03 opportunity says 3 possibilities to me:

1)The rest of the market doesn't think this stuff will make it out of the ground.

2)They wont touch us while we are a pink.

3)They dont know about us.

If it is #2 Merle tells me the uplisting will be a priority after a JV. We dont have current audited financials and I dont know how long it would take to get current so we could have a short wait until a JV AND uplist happen.

If its #3 I would like to know Scott's plan to change that.

If its #1... well I hope we know more then they do.
