"To date, the Company has completed 31 hotel installations and an additional 300 hotels are waiting to enter into 60- month service contracts. Negotiations are under way with an additional 1,500 hotels that have been targeted from the nation’s 85,000 hotels."

Happy to be holding here. Does anyone have any further detail on what the "waitng to enter 60 month service contrats" means? What are they waitng for? Thanks.
