no plans for reverse split...the communication below is from Jeff Carlson. I sent Jeff an email on Aug 11th asking about a potential reverse split...his reply came on Aug 18th. I deleted the email address I used in this communication, otherwise this is the thread between Jeff and I.

I'm a novice investor at best.

I keep reading on investor boards that a reverse split is very likely with Zevotek and from what I read, that's not an ideal happening from an investors perspective.

My question is, in your opinion, do you think a reverse split will happen?

At this time, the company has no plans on performing a reverse split.

Reverse splits are very costly $25-50k, and do not favor the current investors.
