Agreed. But this is very very insignifacnt and concern is only regarding lets say $100-300K value shares.

Infact, I suspect Dutchess dont want to see this PPS go up until MMTC exercise their PUT option and feel MMTC will not raise until probably it goes way higher unless they have no option.
