Every MMTC Investor,

This is my first ever iHUB Post and would like to bring one point where few are talking about Dutchess:

In my opinion and experience of following another Dutchess deal(Viking-VKNG), If at all MMTC had exercised PUT option with dutchess to raise capital, as per SEC or intent to inform investors, they should have to file the details like VKNG did.

Like MMTC, VKNG signed $5M deal and raised capital twice. Below are the details:

1.Signed deal in Jan 2010raised first capital in around may/june
2. PPS was around 13-19 Cents in Apr-May.
3. Raised first capital in Jun at .021
4. Again raised capital in Aug i belive and PPS is above .40 now.

In all the cases, mgmt filed with SEC.

Having said the above, I personally believe, MMTC hasn't raised capital with Dutchess yet. Also I belive, deal with Dutchess is only to give comfort to OSIS( to invest in production line) that a renowned investor is backing. They may or may not raise capital through Dutchess.

I wonder the major stake holder Anthony Frank would let the cheap shares go to Dutchess in a fresh issue.
