Smitter, we will be buying again into the close today and most likely the rest of the week.

As far as dillution goes if a company dillutes for the good of the company (to pay for land and projects) it's okay. If they do it to feather their own beds it's unacceptable. We believe that the dillution was neccessary over the past 6 months to fund on-going projects.
