I would be VERY careful listening to ANYTHING Zacks says. Look right above at post number 3705. That was in October of 2009 and Zacks rated this company as an OUTPERFORM. On October 26 of 2009, when Zacks made this silly prediction, OXBT was sitting at just under $8.00 a share. This morning OXBT is right around $2.50 a share. That is a loss of right around 68%. Yes, I would be VERY careful taking ANYTHING Zacks says as being valid. You might also want to research just why Zacks decided to conduct a review of OXBT.
