Saville publishes an on-line newsletter called the Speculative Investor. I have read him for the past 6 months and do not find his information as useful as some. He is extremely bearish to a point where he is always expecting lower prices or indices and is always late to any rally.
His newsletter actually focuses very little on the stock market; rather, he focuses on the world markets and spends an inordinate amount of time discussing gold and commodities. He also talks mainly about the long-term rather than ST or intermediate-term.
He does give stock recommendations and recommendations on puts and calls on the indices from time to time. I find his recommendations extremely risky and speculative, inappropriate for someone who is as bearish as he is. His recommendations have been less than stellar, IMO.
