There are several reasons why MNTA pps was down on or near its approval anniversary day (July 23):

Someone may expect TEVA approval coming one or couple months behind MNTA... so, today is approx. 2 months after MNTA's approval.

TEVA CEO keeps talking bs about his expectation for its mL approval soon and some bastard analysts believe him.

Press release from TEVA bashing other companies on the Cop. lawsuit and TEVA patents....

Those events + tatics of MM to keep MNTA pps low until earning release shine a lot of small investors away from buying MNTA stock or even scare them enough to make them bailed out.
