--- Given MIT's position with "everything in place," what barriers still remain before you can enter the marketplace? Please emphasize time, money, and logistics.
--- You say on page two of your Executive Business Summary that your initial order to OSI is for 100 MIT1000s with volume availability in late 2010. Do you have firm orders at this time?
--- Assuming the signing into law of the Small Business Jobs and Credit Act of 2010, will management pursue business plan financing through mechanisms of the Small Business Lending Fund component of the Act to obtain straight debt financing so as to reduce dilution to current shareholders?
--- Has the Cooperative Research and Development (CRADA) been established with the USDA? Please provide more detail about the expansion of the USDA relationship that was mentioned in the posted Executive Business Summary.
--- Of the 100 unit order to Osis... How many of these are pre-sold?
--- Are any of the first 100 units going to any USA customers? If yes, so you have a shipment or order date?
--- Can you give investors some idea of what the gross margin might be?
--- The relationship between OSI and MMTC seems very close and mutually beneficial. Do you see this relationship growing and perhaps becoming even stronger in the future?
--- Do you intend to apply to a higher status exchange any time soon?
