I Agree. December/ January - It is after the Chilean Miners are rescued, (I know some of you do not think this has anything to do with anything, so no need to lambast me on this, but my theory is there is an in-direct connection with the deal), after the mid-term elections, and after the final ruling on mining royalties changes in chili. The last one being the most important. It determines the overall cost of, and available cash flows of any deal.

That IMO is December or January.
