The only adhesive a fiat currency system has is the peoples' confidence in the underlying support structure...the government. Whenever said confidence falters, the causative action can always be found by discerning who will gain thru the fomenting of discord.

"Who benefits?" = Who really sponsored the law. ALWAYS.
