The problem is you guys are WAY too hung up on the number of DAYS!
It means nothing!
When I was calling the FDA, day after day, trying to shake some info out of someone as to WHY Nephros had waited so long with NOTHING from the FDA, I was REPEATEDLY told by the people I was talking to at the FDA that it wasn't POSSIBLE that they had not given NEPH some kind of response or ask them for more information... SOMETHING! They kept insisting that Nephros was just not telling the stockholders what was going on... NOT TRUE!


The FDA is full of lying weasels that are incompetent boobs...
end of story. NEPH wasn't lying or deceiving their stockholders... The FDA DOES NOT KEEP THEIR TIMELINE AND I BELIEVE THEY FUDGE THEIR DATA TO MAKE IT APPEAR IS IF THEY DO.
.... STOP COUNTING DAYS!!!

Hold on to your shares if you BELIEVE in the product... eventually, no matter how many delays and detours the FDA throws in the path, things will shake out.
