If purchased seed contains a license for one growing season only, why do you consider it Ok for a grower to reuse it the next season?

I don't understand.

Case 1 - Is the issue that the farmer did not use all the M-seed-corn he purchased for the last season and wants to plant it the following year?

Or

Case 2 - Is the farmer able to take grain he grew from the M-seed-corn and plant that gaining the valued characteristics that make the M-seed-corn valuable?

IF Monsanto is prohibiting Case 1, I would find it against public policy and unenforceable.

IF it is Case 2, I would allow that.
