It is game over and has been for some time despite the stock price...i never had a doubt in my mind that stack test would pass...i have ZERO doubt the permit will clear....so in the end this sell off in the price of JBII stock has been nothing more than a gift for anyone smart enough to load up down here....GAME OVER!!
