They don't even own the gold mine they have claimed they own. It is all fraud and they have no gold reserves. No one is going to offer them anything.

What part about the gold mine is a fraud do you not understand? Call Pershimco and ask them about it.

The company may receive a much better deal for their 1.5 million oz gold reserves.
