Thanks Tony but that was way before they issued all of those shares to all of these companies who have been paid to promo the company in the last week at least since I have been receiving them. The float and O/S shares have to be far higher obviously based on other posters DD on some of the companies getting paid. I was just wondering if there was any way to get a current SS on this one as of today or yesterday and also find out if there is any legitimacy to this so called buyout offer. They filed a fake 8K last week, then withing hours changed the buyout from .15 to .04. The whole thing is sad for longs who have lost money IMO.
