Not really. I was looking for the company you mentioned here that was operating:

(and BTW there is another operating facility owned by another company that reported they would receive the "final" processing system)

Agilyx(Formally Plas2fuel) is not producing at the Tigard facility per the person on site. Unless I have the wrong facility.

Green Envirotech does not have a facility producing either.

Their first plant was going to be in Fond du Lac, WI.
It was scheduled to break ground in Oct. 2009 according to American Recycler, August 2009. DIDN'T HAPPEN

Then they wanted to build in Town of Algoma, WI "... the company hopes to break ground in spring and be operating a year from now."
from The Northwestern January 12, 2010 DIDN'T HAPPEN

Then February 11, 2010 an article appeared in fdlreporter.com(Fond Du Lac Reporter) "Crews hope to break ground in city's Southwest Industrial Park once weather is warm enough and be completed in June,..."(2010) DIDN'T HAPPEN and I can't find where they even closed the deal for purchasing the land.

What's next? Looks like the Riverdale, CA facility in early 2011 according to this PR:

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - August 24, 2010) - Green EnviroTech Corp., a leading plastics recovery, separation, cleaning, and recycling company, and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Green EnviroTech Holdings Corp. (OTCBB: WCRM), announced today it is planning to open its first ever recycling plant in Riverbank, California. The planned 50,000 square foot facility is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2011.

Will it happen? If so, they must have broke ground already. Wonder if they have their permits.

Bottom line, JBI has plenty of time to become the first plant producing fuel from waste plastic daily.
