Depends what time frame you are talking about, I ave it "touch and go" toward the end of the year as an outside possibility, right now my most likely scenario is a high of 1388 before the end of the year. Next year, or better yet, in the first quarter, yes, I think that 9130 on the Dow and 1427 on the Naz (both the 8/22 highs) will be "taken out".
