The real estate prices here are crazy. I have a property that has doubled in 3 years. However, buying at these prices might not make sense, so it's all how you look at it!

Another off topic: Back in 1998 Travelzoo gave away 3 free shares to anyone who signed up. I signed up and completely forgot about it. Recently I looked and saw the stock is trading around $60 and it has split since 1998. I sent a form verifying my shares and they are sending a check for 6 shares. Not much, but its free money, if anyone else out there remembers signing up for those free shares!
