I know you're not to smart about many things like the federal governments budget and it's fiscal year but the fiscal year starts in Oct. So when Obama took office on Jan 20th 2009 the FY 2009 budget was already set except for supplementals. So we are now in Obama’s first budget passed while he was POTUS and that’s the FY 2010 budget that started Oct 2009. I know things must be confusing to you so please triple check with others things you believe because as we have pointed out numerous times – your beliefs are based of fuzzy thinking
