They are issuing all of the new stock to off-shore tax havens like the Bahamas and Belize.

That is this a scamming fraud is not even debatable anymore. These guys are slimeball crooks.

Newbies are sitting ducks for these scammers if they are DD deficient. Of course, about 20 minutes of real third party DD will confirm that these guys are fraudsters.
