Spark, I read about the assay reports in one of the companies financials statments, under notes. Dr.Shah was hired to do an independant review of the assay reports that Dr. Jordan had previously done. Dr. Shah performed 4 separate tests to find precious minerals. Of which 3 came to the same conclusion as Dr. Jordan. The 4th test generated nil results and is the one the SEC primarily uses. But the problem with the 4th test is that it does not test for the precious minerals that the company, for example platnum.

As for the SEC filings against the Pres and Secretary it should be all rapped up as soon as the assay results are in the audited financials have been completed.

Assays are to be reported soon.

1999-2003 are apparently aleady going under audit. Right after the 2004 F/S's are complete they are to be audited as well.
