BTDG is one of the least slick buyout scams I have ever seen in the penny market. It honestly looks like the scam was put together by someone who is mentally retarded.

Nothing stacks up. It was all done off the cuff with no thought as to whether or not it was believable. It obviously indicates that the perps of this scam think penny stock investors are witless fools.
