No I don't think there is any current relationship at this time. The first PR was constructed by Dean, none of it was true. Even the words of the Apex folks.

This is just not true. Apex has absolutely nothing to do with QASP

Most likely, after their (Apex) attorneys notified Dean to retract his statements, announcing the APEX officers were joining QASP as CEO, CFO, and board members, the attorney most likely informed them to remain quiet.

Look a good prosecuting attorney always knows the answer before he asks the question, always. I know the truth. I have spoken with the folks at Apex. I encourage everyone to call and ask. APEX has no involvement with QASP.

So just to be clear, we have the invested folks stating that they have contacted the company and confirmed their involvement and the un-invested stating that they have contacted the company and denied their involvement.
