There are other clues. If Clayton group and Newby is at fault here as Dean Says company has not filed any legal action against them. Its shareholders money he gave these people and if he did give money its his fiduciary duty to get some of the money back because its PUBLIC MONEY. So far no lawsuit has been filed against Newby or Clayton group.
