Syringe Problems

As posted on this board previously, both SNY and Sandoz use the same vendor for the syringes. It's susepcted that they are different models, but, I haven't yet corroborated that.

As to whether a different model syringe would have to pass muster with the FDA, I don't know. I would suspect that whoever the vendor is for the syringe probably has more than 1 FDA-approved arrow in their quiver for a medical device.

In any case, the FDA review should it occur, is the vendor's problem not one for SNY or Sandoz directly.
