In regards to TA and share structures....

TA will not give out share structures many times...they will ask you to check the Financials....

The reason being that if they are not public information, then getting the share structure is considered insider information....they dont want to open themselves up to that liability. They will prefer for the issuer to make it public and have the shareholders go by that....to minimize those liabilities. Also many issuers do not want the share structure to go out so they dont have to worry about hedge funds shorting against them in dilution plays...

Anyway nothing is as simple as black and white...
