AN out-of-court settlement in the David Jones sexual harassment case is likely within days.

Former chief executive Mark McInnes hit the streets of Bondi for an early-morning jog yesterday as he
prepared to launch his statement of defence against publicist Kristy Fraser-Kirk's $37 million lawsuit.

Mr McInnes, 45, is fighting, not hiding. After a one-month period in exile, including
a stop-off in Arizona, the rehab capital of the world, he is back on familiar turf.
