We all on this board know that NSS is real and that it is
prevalent in the penny market because pennies do not have to be
reported on REG SHO fail to deliver list. We also know that
bashers do not bash bad stocks. Yes there are some criminal CEOs
who scream NSS and are really dumping, but not with this company.
We know the CEO and COO here and they are savvy business men who
are upstanding professionals. One is a retired engineer and the
other has been a distributor in the food and wine business for
decades. In fact, one of the officers owns and operates his own
winery. What I believe happened is that due to circumstances out
of the company's control they lost their PS Current status over
the summer. Then, MMs and likely a rogue HF saw the opportunity
to naked short the company like they do many other companies
due to the limited status. Then after they realized that this
status is really only temporary they figured we better cover
this massive short position and bail. Well, sadly they cannot
because the long investors and other investors close to the
company have the float all but locked up. Therefore, the only
way to cover this illegal position is to send an army of teens
who post for a living to try to scare longs into selling their
shares. Guess what? They picked the wrong stock to short and
distort because we longs know we have picked a jewel of company
to invest in here and will not be selling anytime soon. So,
if folks want to come on here from their breaks from bashing
the Sponge company who appears to be finding life in BK
reorganization. go ahead. It won't work here. It was evident from
today's volume that the longs are holding and accumulating by
supporting the bid with very large orders. We are happy here and
to be quite honest it was boring around here for a while. I think
the extra posts will likely bring more attention to the company
and we will make some top 15 lists here on IHUB which is a good
thing. Everyone is free to share their opinion. And this is my
opinion of why we are seeing new weird folks on here now.
Revenues and Profits always win. With the float tied up we will
see some painful runs on this stock that will be hard to swallow
