Well obviously there is alot more to this story than M&M alone. Who rushes to sell assets at a steep discount before any real bidding process was done. No valuation of the assets. A sale to the previous owner and manager is a clear violation. He is planning on buying Dicon for the value of inventory, heck i want that deal too! The Dicon trustee is obviously in on the dishonesty of this process. Im sure the SPNG trustee saw right thru Celias involvement and the QUICK sale of assets, hence his motion filed.
