The Decision COULD be announced as early as Monday. This may well be the last day anyone has to BUY IN before that decision is announced Monday. True, by statute, the decision may come as late as Thursday but, most of the board members are most likely already prepared to GRANT THE PERMIT. Most likely, one or two may want to review one or two things about the PLANT before taking a vote but I take it as an omen that they have already had one vote on whether or not to put stipulations on the permit regarding Berlin's negotiated stipulations on to the PERMIT and that vote was AFFIRMATIVE.
