Actually your list of insiders wrong. Numbers 1 through 4 on your list,and several others on list, do not have shares, as those "shares" are per some escrow agreement that doesn't close evidently until December 31,2010.See BTDG filing on Pink Sheets. The 160 million share holdings do appear to be in float.
