15 cents or .15 cents? I think this is a scam, BUT...
If .15 was a legit number, which for all I know it's .0015 (I saw .15 cents NOT 15 cents listed in the letter) it may be a syntax scam, MM's would try to get as many shares as possible from investors...remember they trade their own decks.
If they created confusion in syntax, then it was a brilliant, yet evil, ploy.
BUT, I do believe this is a scam.
Also, who in their right mind would offer a price per share on a pink sheet.... they really don't know EXACTLY how many shares are outstanding?
If this was legit, then they would have given a price relative to quantity.
