So if it is the CEO, like you just stated and it seemed you were very confident in stating that was him, we can be safe in assuming that:

The production is still in the works with distribution imminent, and they will not release a PR until a material event happens (i.e. no fluff crap).

I asked what % of initial and future profits we get, but he only said "significant"..did not expect to get exact numbers, but he said they will get their money back first followed by a significant percentage of profits.

When the PR states "stores such as Nordstroms, etc.", it means it. Johnny Famous Shoes has arranged these deals and informed Avitar where the shoes are going wink

There are NO PLANS OF DILUTION in the near future, but a few old convertible debentures remain (said nothing significant as far as old debentures).

Major talks regarding future deals are in the works; women's lines, more shoes, handbags, etc., etc. Expect updates.

So based on your logic if the original poster is telling the truth about the insignificant old debentures, then he must be telling the truth about the rest of his post. AVTI is going to be huge
