I think we'll see the articles of incorporation amended to increase the A/S to 3-4 billion in the very near future. Corey and his brother just awarded themselves nearly 1/2 a billion performance based options on one of their other companies. I don't know what they could have done to deserve that, especially after just completing their second 1:100 R/S and it looks like they're preparing for a third.
