Dear Dean:
I am writing in response to your recent message concerning the timeframe for stock restrictions.
The 1-2 year timeframe mentioned was just a general example based on what we typically see. The exact timeframe is determined by the issuing company. There is no rule that dictates a minimum or maximum timeframe for such restrictions.
Please let us know if we may be of further assistance.
Sincerely,
Kevin K.

In this response you say that the restiction CAN last from 1-2 years. Are there any circumstances where the restriction can be lifted prior 1 year, or is the minimum 1 year?
